Installation Instructions

INSTALLING YOUR NEW WARGEAR CYCLONE HOUSING AND FLEXI-PADDLES - Text Only

Tools Required:  Phillips Head #1 Screwdriver ( preferably a ratchet style )

Step 1: Gather your parts together, OLD Complete housing, NEW WarGear Cyclone housing, WarGear Flexi Paddles ( Top, Bottom, Nylon Washer ), Screwdriver

Step 2: Remove Old Paddles, remember to keep the screw and washer to install later

Step 3: Remove bottom plate screws, be sure to save the screws

Step 4: Keeping the parts together, carefully remove ratchet tension spring, and the complete Piston / Housing assembly and set aside

Step 5: Using the screwdriver, remove the bolt from the old cyclone used to secure it to the marker

Step 6: Place that same bolt into the space provided of the NEW housing

Step 7: Taking the complete ratchet and piston assembly, compress the spring using the plastic ring, into the piston housing.

Step 8: Ensuring that the spring remains compressed into the housing, install the ratchet assembly into the new housing.

Step 9: Don't forget to install the Tension spring, be sure it goes into its proper hole, and not the hole for the screw. When installing the bottom plate, be sure the spring does not pop over to the screw hole.

Step 10: Secure the bottom plate onto the new housing using the old screws. NOTE: THE HOLES ARE NOT THREADED, SO THE SCREWS WILL THREAD THE HOLE AS THEY ARE INSERTED, IF POSSIBLE USE A RATCHET SCREWDRIVER TO MAKE THIS STEP FAIRLY EASY

Step 11: Turn over cyclone, and gather the parts needed to install the Flexi-Paddles ( The screw and washer, top and bottom paddles, nylon washer )

Step 12: Place the Nylon Washer in FIRST, Followed by the bottom / SMALLER part of the Flexi-Paddles ( Be sure that the "teeth" are facing UP ). Finally install the top / LARGER part of the paddles, with the curved paddles facing up. Be sure that the ratchet top is flush with the top of the paddles, and that the paddles are fully locked together

Step 13: Secure the Paddles to the ratchet using the screw and washer removed from the original Cyclone. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN

Step 14: With cyclone complete, attach it back onto your Marker, and install your Hopper or Tac Cap to complete!!!
